La tempesta San Giuda
MALTEMPO
Voli e treni cancellati a Londra, Parigi e Amsterdam.
Circa 130 voli all'aeroporto londinese di Heathrow sono stati cancellati. In tutta la regione meridionale sono moltissime le strade chiuse al traffico a causa della caduta di alberi e pali della luce.
TRAGHETTI BLOCCATI. Nel canale della Manica, due traghetti della compagnia P&O sono rimasti bloccati a largo del porto di Dover, chiuso dalle 6.30 a causa delle forti mareggiate. La loro situazione è però sotto controllo, ha spiegato la capitaneria di porto di Calais, citata dai media francesi.

Tandem e tele-tandem Linguistico

Il tandem linguistico è un metodo di apprendimento delle lingue. Si può imparare una lingua straniera trovando un partner madrelingua e attivando una conversazione. Ciascuno dei due partecipanti è madrelingua della lingua che l'altro vuole apprendere.
Molte scuole e università in tutto il mondo organizzano corsi di lingue anche attraverso questo metodo. Alcuni esempi di questo metodo si possono anche trovare in siti web, come per esempio Lang-8.

I'm writing to take part in the conservation expedition to Costa Rica as volunteer. My reason for volunteering is that I'd like to broaden my experience as biologist. Indeed, I obtained my degree 3 months ago.
The advertisement says you will be researching wildlife in the rainforest and in the waters. I'd be pleased if you could send me further information about where the research in water will be taking place and what kind of species you will be studying.
Furthermore, I'd be grateful if you could inform me if volunteers should take a specific physical test or if a diploma is required. Generally speaking, I'd like to say I'm in good shape and an expert swimmer.
With reference to the request that some knowledge of Spanish is desirable, I'd like to mention that I'm a native Spanish speaker.
Finally, if I'm lucky enough to be selected to joining the expedition, I'd glad if you could give me some details about where and when the two-week induction course will take place.
