Internal Regulation

The following instruction are for the benefit of all guests and you are respectfully requested to ensure they are complied with.
The apartment will be available from.... to.... on the day of arrival.
Before receiving the key to the apartment, the guest undertakes the following:
- to pay a deposit in case of breakages/damages, returnable on departure;
- to pay all costs incurred during stay;
- to understand and comply with the rules of the village;
- to check the inventory of the apartment;
- to advise reception within 24 hours of any discrepancy in the inventory or problems with apartments.
In the interest of all, the following is forbidden:
- to park cars within the village other than in the designated car space;
- to park boats or traillers within the village area;
- to use public areas within the village other than their intended use;
- to only use the swimming pool when life guards are in attendance;
- to use sports fields and equipment without obtaining permission;
- to consume food in the public areas:
- to cause excessive noise during the day and night;
- to change or modify furnishings and equipment;
- to hang clothing or laundry at the windows or balconies;
- to light fires or cock out in areas other than the kitchen.
Any damage caused will be charged to the respective individuals account.
- All rubish is to be placed in the special containers by the car park;
- Please vacate your apartment between .... to .... on day of departure. A fine of .... € will be incurred for each hour of delay;
- Prior to handing over the apartment, you are to notify reception and advise of the general state of clean lines. Each aparment is to be left in a clean state with particular attention to the kitchen and bathroom areas;
- On departure please return keys to reception. It is forbidden to obtain copies;
- The deposit less cost of damages will be returned when checking out.
